About Allura Design

Allura Design is an interior design studio based in Bucharest, Romania. The website presents our services and projects and lets you ask for a consultation.

Permitted Use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• send unsolicited advertising through the booking form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• disrupt other people’s use of the site;
• collect content by automated means without our written consent;
• copy, republish or resell the content of the site without our permission.

Intellectual Property

The texts, photographs, 3D renders, graphics, logo and design of this website belong to Allura Design or its licensors. You may not reuse them without our prior written permission.

The Allura Design name and logo are distinctive signs of the studio. Using the site gives you no rights over them.

Services, Prices and Offers

The services and “starting at” prices shown on the site are for guidance only. The final price depends on the space, the brief and the chosen materials, and is set in a written offer.

The content of the site is not a binding offer. Sending a booking request does not create a contract; a contract exists only once both parties have agreed it in writing.

AI Design Assistant

The assistant generates colour, furniture and decor suggestions automatically from the answers you give. They are a starting point and do not replace a designer’s assessment of your actual space.

The project code and the PDF identify your request; they are not an order, an offer or a contract. Colours shown on screen or in print can differ from the real materials.

Images and 3D Renders

Photographs marked as completed projects show work we have delivered. 3D renders are concept visualisations. The finished result of any project depends on the site conditions and the materials available at the time.

Third-Party Links

Links to external websites, such as social networks or our furniture partner’s website, are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the information is complete or free of errors, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Allura Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If a provision of these terms is found invalid, it is adjusted to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the complete terms for the use of this website. Contracts for design services are agreed separately.
